Mayo Town Council begins annexing new property into town

On Monday, Oct. 13, the Mayo Town Council met for its regularly scheduled meeting. The evening began with the council approving the agenda, followed by the approval of the minutes from previous meetings. Council members then called for public comment, to which there was no response.
The council then moved on to its old business. Two items were brought up for discussion. First was an update from the North Florida Regional Planning Council about the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
