Mayo churches celebrate Easter

By Danny Federico Riverbend News Two churches in Mayo hosted fun-filled Easter events and services for their youth and members to enjoy and participate in. During the tail-end of the month, on Wednesday, March 24, Grace Baptist Church held their weekly Awana Club meeting, where young members helped dye and decorate Easter eggs. Youth also helped the church get ready for the Easter egg hunt, which was held on Sunday, March 28. Later, on Easter Sunday, April 4, Grace Baptist Church held their morning Sunrise Service at 7:15 a.m. in front of the church, where they read from Mark 16.
