Live Oak woman gives back to those in need with hot meal

On Sunday, July 27, around 15 individuals accepted Jones’s invitation. “I am a big believer in God, and my guidance to do this was through him,” she said. “I was inspired by seeing how many people in our area are homeless, and I just wanted to be able to bless them just how God blessed me.” Her flyers included Proverbs 19:17: “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord.” Through the help of donations and some funding which came out of her pocket, she was able to put t
