Live Oak Public Library to host “Meet the Artist” event

The Live Oak Public Library will be welcoming Gloria Lee, the wife of artist Ernest M. Lee, as she shares with the public details about some of the works her husband brought to life on canvas. Ernest, who passed away in 2021, was known among the folk artist circles of the state as “Florida’s Picasso,” due to his impasto style with vibrant colors. The “Meet the Artist” event will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 11 a.m.
