The Live Oak Police Department (LOPD) announced on social media the arrest of multiple juveniles following a month-long investigation into a string of vehicle burglaries in the Sherwood Forest and Santa Fe Street areas.
On Thursday, Nov. 13, LOPD officers arrested two juveniles in connection to the burglaries. According to Captain Jason Rountree, in the earlier stages of the investigation, a single juvenile involved with the other two was sought out and identified based on evidence and testimony. Due to the ongoing investigation, the juvenile was not arrested, however charges were applied to the State Attorney’s Office for a warrant.
