Live Oak man charged with multiple sex crimes, including video voyeurism

Jason Futch Reporter2@Riverbendnews.org A Live Oak man was charged with multiple sex crimes following a report of a local girl who told her friends that 38-year-old Jonathan Richard Browne had sexually assaulted her. According to the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) probable cause affidavit, on Nov. 13, 2025, Deputy Wyatt Allen was dispatched to a call for service regarding a juvenile complaint. When Deputy Allen spoke with the complainant, she reported that she had taken an unidentified juvenile relative’s phone and had observed messages in a group chat involving multiple juveniles. In the group chat, one of the juveniles alleged that Browne had been sexually assaulting her
