The Live Oak City Council met on Tuesday, June 9, addressing a full agenda that included a judicial land- use appeal, updates to the planning and zoning fee schedule, enforcement discussions, a proposed moratorium on data center development and early planning for upcoming budget workshops.

Residents and stakeholders provided sworn testimony expressing concerns about stormwater runoff, density, neighborhood compatibility and loss of green space. One speaker argued the project would reduce available green space and increase runoff impac
