Life, laughter, and love: Suwannee County remembers Carolyn, Sophia and Faith Ann

It was a cold morning in January 2018 when Carolyn Raper received a phone call from a friend. The friend knew of a couple that was having a baby. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, the couple knew they would be unable to keep the baby. The friend knew Carolyn was a good Christian woman and hoped she would be able to care for the child. Carolyn didn’t hesitate and immediately accepted the responsibility.
