Letter to the Editor: A guide to staying young or getting “too old.”
You are never "too old" as long as you have a positive attitude, a smile for everyone and a warm and gracious heart.
There are people in their 20's that are "too old" and there are people pushing three digits that are not.
Age has nothing to do with being "too old." Age is simply a number, a person is no older than they feel. Hold on to humor, not anger. If you have hearing, listen for humor, if you have vision, look for humor and if you can speak, then speak of humor. Humor is the second step towards the fountain of youth. One can tell when they are getting closer to being "too old," they are cranky, no one can please them, they are never satisfied, they just don't love life anymore.
