The Florida Department of Transportation advises drivers of the following road work impacts for the week of Saturday, Feb. 28, through Friday, March 6:
Hamilton County:
- Daytime lane closures on Hatley Street (U.S. Highway 41 and U.S. Highway 129) from Southwest Central Avenue to Northeast Second Avenue on Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for building demolition near the roadway.
Lafayette County:
- Nighttime lane closures on State Road 51 from Oak Street to the Hal Adams Bridge from Sunday, March 1, through Friday, March 6, from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for paving.
Suwannee County:
- Daytime lane closures on State Road 51 at the Hal Adams Bridge from Saturday, Feb. 28, through Friday, March 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for bridge repairs.
- Daytime lane closures on U.S. Highway 129 (State Road 51) from 58th Street to Interstate 10 on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for road work.
Drivers should use caution and allow for extra travel time.
