Lafayette School Board approves multiple items for school year

The meeting began with the board members honoring the district’s Students of the Month. The Lafayette Elementary School Student of the Month for grades kindergarten through second grade was Gatsby-Ann Knowles, though she was unable to be at the meeting. The Lafayette Elementary School third through fifth grade Student of the Month was Locke Herring.
