Lafayette FFA attends 98th Florida FFA State Convention: Parliamentary Procedure wins State

Chad Lyons Contributor Forty-eight Lafayette Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapter members attended the 98th Annual Florida FFA State Convention and Expo at the Caribe Royale Resort in Kissimmee, Fla., from Sunday, June 14, through Friday, June 19. The annual event drew more than 5,000 FFA members, advisors, alumni and supporters from across the state. The Lafayette FFA Conduct of Chapter Meetings Leadership Development Event (LDE) team competed in the semifinals on Monday, June 15. Team members were Aidan Walker, Reece Hurst, Stefan Lawson, Sadie Hamlin, Daisy Alamilla, Caty Jones, Kenlee Riley and Jaxon Murphy.
