Lafayette FBLA holding “Gears and Goods” car show fundraisers

The Lafayette High School (LHS) Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Club will be hosting a “Gears and Goods” fundraiser on Saturday, Apr. 25, to support the club’s endeavors. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Cars can be registered on-site for $20. The following are the requirements for each class:
• Classic: Pre-1980 (maintain factory appearance, no race cars).
• Modern Street: 1981 or newer (same as classic but newer, can be a daily driver).
• Mud Truck: Racing and dual-purpose, no street trucks.
• Project: Any style of vehicle project. Must be shown as a project, not just being fixed.
• Drag/Racing: Any
