
Lady Hornets upset the Lady Bears

Thursday, April 7, the Lafayette High School varsity softball Lady Hornets traveled to Dixie County to take on the Lady Bears. The Lady Hornets entered the game with their work cut out for them as they were facing the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) ranked number two team in the state. The Lady Bears have dominant pitching and a very dangerous lineup throughout, however, the Lady Hornets have shown glimpses, this season, of their potential.
