Lady Bulldogs host Power of Christmas Invitational

Lee Trawick [email protected] On Friday, Dec. 16, the Suwannee High School Lady Bulldogs weightlifting team held its annual Power of Christmas Invitational. This event brings in a revenue of more than $50,000 each year for the high school. While most programs would happy to keep the money, the Lady Bulldogs donate the funds raised every year to one of Suwannee County's elementary schools. The Bulldogs have built a reputation of producing many Florida High School Athletic Association record breaking lifters and State Champions.
