Journey Church in Mayo is bringing back its “Open Mic Night of Praise and Encouragement” by popular demand on Sunday, June 21, at 6:30 p.m. The event will take place at Journey Church, located at 796 W. Main St., in Mayo, and will feature a variety of local talent including singing, instrumental performances, skits, poems and comedy.
Church leaders encourage the community, including all ages, to participate and share their talents. Organizers noted that participants must sign up by Friday, June 19, in order to be included in the performance rotation.
