The Jo Kennon Public Library in Dowling Park is hosting a photo contest, and the theme is “nature.” The contest is an exciting opportunity to get in touch with nature, and is open to people of all ages.
The photo contest is happening now until Friday, Feb. 28. Afterward, the library will display the photos at the library for public voting until Tuesday, April 1, where the lucky winners will have an opportunity to win prizes. Only two photo entries per person will be allowed.
Photo entries can be delivered to the library or via email at dpark@neflin.org. Entries emailed to the library must be accompanied by the contestant's name and age group (youth or adult).
Photo entries brought physically to the library must be no bigger than 5 inches by 8 inches and cannot be in a frame. Photos must be taken by the person entering the photo and cannot be AI-generated or AI-edited. Photos must fall under the contest theme of “nature.”
For more information about the photo contest, contact the Jo Kennon Public Library at (386) 658-2670.
