Jennings man arrested for soliciting minor

Instead, 35-year-old Arturo Nava, Jr., was met by officers and arrested at the Burger King on Main Street.  According to a probable cause affidavit, the investigation began following a major Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force operation in Volusia County, which LCPD Sgt.
