Jeannette “Jan” Estep

Jeannette “Jan” Estep 82, of Live Oak, Florida passed away on June 30, 2022. Jan was born on March 14, 1940, in Watertown, South Dakota to the late Eva (Davis) and Oliver Mitchell. Jan was the matriarch of the family and was always proud of her family and their accomplishments. She grew up with simply joys in life. Her first job was a cashier in South Dakota. Jan loved being with and helping people. In 1982 a life change brought Jan to Florida and where she worked for the Veteran’s Administration in Miami for over 17 years. She was an outdoors girl. Jan enjoyed fishing and gardening. She would sew more during the winter months. Jan is survived by her loving and devoted children; Lena P
