Jack W. Whitmore

Jack Willard Whitmore, 91, passed away at 3 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley. Whitmore was born on Aug. 2, 1930, in Warren, Penn. He was one of 12 children born to the late Clyde and Minnie J. Clark Whitmore. Whitmore was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy, serving at the end of World War II. He was a U.S. Navy Corpsman. He was the business owner of Whitmore Paving and operated his business for 47 years before he retired. He will be remembered as a loving, caring and compassionate husband, father and grandfather. He loved everything about life. He enjoyed fishing, auctions and traveling. He is survived by his wife, Tereasa Whitmore; son, Jack Willa
