Incest and impregnation of disabled woman leads to Live Oak man’s arrest

The Suwannee County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) Criminal Investigations Division arrested 58-year-old Larry Marshall Worley on Wednesday, Aug. 25, for sexual battery on a disabled person, abuse of a disabled person and incest.
According to the Probable Cause Affidavit, submitted on April 8, 2021, by Investigator Kim Lane, Worley forced an unnamed disabled female relative "to have sexual intercourse, along with other sexual acts, with him," resulting in the victim to become pregnant.
