Hornets celebrate end of golf season

On Monday, Jan. 15, the Lafayette High School Hornets' golf team celebrated the end of their season with their annual banquet. The team, their families and the team's sponsors were hosted by Darren and Marla Driver.
Trey Galbraith walked away with an award for the lowest scoring average, while Jaxon McCray received the title of most improved. In addition to being placed on the All-Riverbend team, Galbraith, Harris Johnson and Harrison Jackson all received the 100-percent club award, which is given to players whose scores counted in every match throughout the season.
Galbraith also ended the season by being the first Hornet to ever make it
