Helping Hearts of Suwannee County to host Pumpkin Carving Fundraiser

Jason Futch Reporter2.riverbendnews@gmail.com   The Helping Hearts of Suwannee County is preparing for its first-ever Pumpkin Carving Fundraiser on Sunday, Oct. 26. The event, sponsored by Florida Charm, will be held at Fresh Stop, located at 6886 Suwannee Plaza Ln., in Live Oak. The pumpkin must be pre-carved and be able to light up.  The cost to enter the contest is $10 per submission. Pumpkins should be delivered to Fresh Stop between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., and judging will begin at 6:30 p.m. The first place prize will be $100, while the second place prize will be $50.
