They also focus on educating the public about animal care and the prevention of unwanted animals. However, many people are unaware of all the services SVHS offers. The first thing many do not know is SVHS has a thrift store. It is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. All money collected is used to care for the animals in the humane society.
