Hamilton hosts Memorial Day ceremony

Veteran’s Day is one of the most well- known, as it is a day where the country comes together to honor those who have served. However, Memorial Day is a unique and solemn holiday dedicated to those who have lost their lives in the line of service. On Monday, May 25, a crowd gathered at the Hamilton County Annex in Jasper to honor these Veterans. Citizens, community leaders and Veterans went inside of the auditorium for the ceremony. As everyone entered, they took seats and listened to patriotic songs before the ceremony began. Hamilton County Veterans Servic
