Hamilton County School Board applies for Stronger Connections Grant

At this time, Peggy Hasty presented the board with a proposal to apply for a Stronger Connections Grant (SCG). The Florida Department of Education has been awarded $53,737,824 under Title IV for funds that must be provided to high-need local educational agencies (LEAs) through a competitive process to fund activities authorized under Section 4108 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
