Hamilton County CERT email now active

Jason Futch Reporter2@riverbendnews.org The Hamilton County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) has activated a new email address for residents who may have questions, comments or concerns. Residents seeking information about the CERT program or updates during weather-related events can email CERT@hamiltoneoc.com. According to a social media post from the Hamilton County Division of Emergency Management, every email will be reviewed, though not all messages may receive a response.  While the email should be used for general inquiries regarding CERT, it should not be used in place of contacting the agency directly during an emergency. For emergencies, call 911.
