The Hamilton County Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Coalition (HCAODPC) will host its 17th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, March 27.
The tournament will take place at Francis Lake Golf Club, located at 5366 Golf Dr., in Lake Park, Ga. According to the coalition, proceeds from the event will support “evidence-based programs, youth leadership initiatives and community education focused on reducing substance misuse and promoting healthy, drug-free lifestyles.”
The coalition is currently seeking sponsors and donors for the event, including the following levels:
- Hole sponsor ($50 to $99): Receives Facebook recognition, newspaper acknowledgement, and a sponsor sign placed at the entrance/luncheon area.
- Business sponsor ($100 to $499): Receives Facebook recognition, newspaper acknowledgement, sponsor sign and acknowledgement at registration.
- Corporate sponsor (more than $500): All benefits previously listed plus display/distribution of promotional materials.
- Door-prize donors: Facebook and newspaper recognition, and announcement during the prize drawings.
The deadline for sponsorship payments is Monday, March 9. Checks should be made payable to HCAODPC and mailed to 1153 U.S. 41 N.W., Jasper, Fla. 32052.
Individuals or businesses interested in participating or sponsoring the tournament are encouraged to submit their sponsor response information by the payment deadline.
