Ground broken on new Hampton Inn & Suites in Live Oak

Danny Federico editor@riverbendnews.org Community leaders, developers and state officials gathered just behind Zaxby’s in Live Oak on Thursday, April 30, to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Hampton Inn & Suites, officially marking the first new hotel development in Suwannee County in more than two decades. The project has been in the works for roughly four years and represents a significant investment in the county’s economic growth and tourism infrastructure. “Groundbreaking represents more than just the start of construction on a new hotel,” said Franklin White, Chairman of the Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners. “It reflects growth and
