Those navigating the challenges of loss are invited to attend Mourning to Morning: The Rise Back to Purpose During Grief, a special community program presented by Jennifer Raulerson, BSN, RN, CDP, BCMMHC, Board-Certified Mental Health Coach, on Monday, July 20, at 5:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Live Oak Public Library, located at 1848 Ohio Ave. S.
The 90-minute session will provide a safe and supportive space to better understand grief and learn practical ways to cope with loss. Participants can expect gentle teaching and optional reflection, with no requirement to share personal experiences.
