On Sunday, Aug. 31, both New Harmony United Methodist Church in Live Oak and Jasper First United Methodist Church will welcome Miami native Gilbert Macias as their guest speaker. Macias, a concert pianist, will be offering a special message at each church for personal reflection. Everyone in the community is invited to attend these sermons and give him a warm welcome. Macias will first speak at 9 a.m. at New Harmony United Methodist Church, located at 19983 160th St., in Live Oak. He will then travel north to Hamilton County to speak at Jasper United Methodist Church, located at 405 Central Ave. SW, at 11 a.m.
