Get ready for “A Taste of Nell’s”

By Danny Federico Riverbend News A new cookbook is now available featuring recipes from one of Branford's famous restaurateurs. "A Taste of Nell's" is now available on Amazon for around $20. Nell's Kitchen once stood at 403 SW Suwannee Avenue in Branford, but is now occupied by Our Place Pizzeria and Ristorante. Wynelle "Nell" Lewis opened the restaurant in 1970, making it the first restaurant with a buffet in the tri-county area of North Florida. The cookbook was put together by Malynn Livingston, Nell's granddaughter. Livingston says it actually started out as a Christmas gift from her to her grandmother, but, unfortunately, Nell got sick before it was ever completed. Now, the coo
