Garner to continue as manager while attorney’s contract revised

Indications made by the White Springs Town Council during its regular meeting on Thursday, Sept. 18, show he has done just that. The regular meeting, generally scheduled for the second Tuesday of the month, was held at Town Hall for the first time in over a year due to mold being present.
