Garner to continue as manager while attorney’s contract revised

Three months into his term as the Interim Town Manager of White Springs, Lee Garner went to work to rebuild the trust of the local government following scrutiny from the state legislature earlier this year. Indications made by the White Springs Town Council during its regular meeting on Thursday, Sept. 18, show he has done just that.
The regular meeting, generally scheduled for the second Tuesday of the month, was held at Town Hall for the first time in over a year due to mold being present. According to Garner, ServePro was able to do a complete cleaning of the building, allowing the town government to resume operations in Town Hall.
