What began as a small family effort has developed into a diversified farm that produces beef, dairy, poultry, pork and eggs through a pasture-based production system. At the center of the operation are Dennis and Alicia Stoltzfoos, along with their eight children: Lily, Caroline, Stella, Daniel, Mathias, Tessa, Luanna and Lydia.
