From heroic acts to teacher honors, Hamilton school board honors excellence

The meeting began with the nomination of the new chair and vice chair seats by the Hamilton County Schools Superintendent, Dorothy Lee Wetherington-Zamora. Johnny Bullard was nominated by Cheryl McCall and was given a second by Sammy McCoy. Bullard was then voted unanimously as the new chairperson. Following this, Bullard nominated Saul Speights for vice chair, and McCall seconded his nomination.
