Free mobile dental care screenings available Oct. 18 in Mayo

A mandatory screening day will take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Mayo Baptist Church. Screenings will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Approved patients will then be scheduled for appointments between Monday, Oct. 27 and Friday, Oct. 31. Services will include fillings and extractions for adults aged 18 and older who do not have dental insurance. However, it should be noted that no oral surgeries or denture work will be performed.
