The Florida Baptist Convention Mobile Dental Mission will be providing free dental care to eligible adults at First Baptist Church of Live Oak in March. Services offered will include extractions and fillings.The mobile dental bus provides care to adults who reside in Florida, have no dental insurance, and have an income that does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty limit.
Although the bus will be on location in March, a pre-screening is required. Screenings will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday, Feb. 22, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Live Oak, located at 401 W Howard St.
The mobile dental unit is part of a partnership between the Florida Baptist Convention and the Suwannee Missionary Baptist Association.
