First Federal Bank dedicates building to founder John Flood

On Monday, May 18, First Federal Bank held a celebration and building dedication at the Live Oak branch.
The reason for the celebration was to dedicate the building to First Federal Bank founder and former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) John Flood, who served in his position from 1962 until 1981. Johnny Flood, John’s son, and Keith Leibfried, the preceding CEO, spoke about John and shared stories about who he was and what he stood for. They spoke about his strong belief that banking should serve people first.
