Strawberry enthusiasts made their way down to the Suwannee County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Feb. 22 and Sunday, Feb. 23, for the Fifth Annual Live Oak Strawberry Festival. Upon purchasing their tickets, festival-goers were ushered into the Coliseum, where they were greeted with arts and crafts booths covering every inch of available space. However, that wasn't all. As attendees made their way to the back of the Coliseum and out into the fairgrounds, more food and craft vendors could be found accompanying game booths and other forms of entertainment.
Kids enjoyed jumping around inside the many bounce houses, playing carnival games, getting their faces painted, and even showing their skills in the batting cage. At the same time, adults had a blast learning how to properly throw a tomahawk. Of course, there were things for all ages to enjoy, too. From the leaping pups with Disc-Connected K9s to the crowd gathering around Reggie Real Starr's stage as he belted out well-loved tunes, there was certainly something for everyone to enjoy.
