Entry open for the 2027 Suwannee Valley Youth Livestock Show

Rick Patrick Riverbend News Local 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) students who are raising fat steers are reminded that entry forms are available and are being accepted for participation in the 2027 Suwannee Valley Youth Livestock Show and Sale. Entry forms can be found on the Suwannee Valley Youth Livestock Show and Sale Facebook page. Forms need to be completed and entry fees paid by Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 10 p.m., in time for the weigh-in on Saturday, Aug. 15, at 8:30 a.m. The tag in/weigh in will take place at the Suwannee FFA Ag Farm, located at 8202 C.R. 417, in Live Oak. This initial weigh-in is for fat steers only. At this initial weigh-in, fat steers must weigh 850 pou
