Domestic incident leads to arson charges; residents safely evacuated

Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Contributor On Thursday, April 2, just before 2 a.m., the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Communications Center received a 911 call regarding a domestic battery incident at a local apartment complex. The victim initially reported that the suspect had battered her and would not allow her to leave the apartment. She later called back advising that she was hiding in a separate location while waiting for law enforcement.
