Dig, read, discover: Summer reading program returns to area libraries

Hailey Waldo Riverbend News The Suwannee River Regional Library System is inviting readers of all ages to take part in its 2026 summer reading program, “Dig, Read, Discover,” running from now through Saturday, July 18, across libraries in Hamilton, Madison and Suwannee Counties. Designed to encourage lifelong reading habits and learning, the annual program offers free activities, reading challenges, prize drawings and special events for children, teens and adults. Participants can register at their local library during regular business hours and will receive reading log bookmarks to track their progress throughout the summer.
