Community Emergency Response Team to hold classes in Suwannee

Ady Kinsley Riverbend News The Suwannee Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be holding a training event for community members to become CERT members, learn valuable skills and make a difference. This hands-on learning experience will take place at the Suwannee County Emergency Operations Center, at 617 Ontario Ave. S.W., in Live Oak. Participants will learn essential skills for disaster response, including first aid, search and rescue, and disaster psychology. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to those who are more experienced in the field looking to refresh their skills.
