Jason Andrew Bullock will remain in the Suwannee County Jail for the next few weeks, as his sentencing hearing has been postponed, according to Assistant State Attorney Phillip Kelley.
The delay follows the completion of mitigation materials by Bullock’s defense team, led by attorney Lucas Taylor to present to Circuit Judge Kathryn Land prior to sentencing.
Bullock was found guilty of organized fraud involving more than $50,000 following a four-day trial in November 2025. During the trial, 16 victims testified that Bullock had failed to honor contracts for metal buildings as the owner of Apex Metal Building Systems between 2021 and 2022
