Football is a beloved American pastime across the country. One of its most popular forms is high school football, where students begin their journey to the big leagues. Additionally, it enables them to work on their teamwork and develop skills that will be beneficial in the future. Suwannee High School has been supporting its student-athletes for a long time, especially in football. That is why on Friday, Aug. 8, the school will be having a huge celebration.
“Join us in celebrating 100 years of Suwannee football on Aug. 8, 2025,” Suwannee High School Athletics wrote. “The 2025 season marks the 100th season of Suwannee football, and we are calling all former players, coaches, managers, etc., to join us for an amazing night of food and fellowship.” The event is open to anyone who has been involved with Suwannee football in any capacity.
The event will take place on Friday, Aug. 8, at 6 p.m. in the Suwannee High School atrium. Those interested in going need to RSVP by Monday, July 28, to Kyler Hall. Hall can be reached by phone at (850) 274-2961 or by email at kyler.hall41@gmail.com.
