Buccaneers fight hard but suffer two basketball losses

The evening opened with the girls team facing down their county rivals the Suwannee High School Bulldogs, followed by the boys taking on the Madison County High School Cowboys. The girls were first to step onto the court, jumping out to a 16-14 lead in the first quarter. The game remained tight in the second quarter; this time, the Bulldogs tied the game 18-18.
