Branford Youth Football and Cheer registration is now open

Ady Kinsley Riverbend News Registration for the Branford Youth Football League and Cheerleading team is now open for the 2026 season. The program has football and cheer programs for kids ages 4 through 12. The football program has a flag football team for 4- to 6-year-olds, as well as 8U, 10U and 12U tackle divisions. The season runs from mid-August through late October, and the registration cost for these teams is $75. The league will provide a helmet, shoulder pads, a game day jersey and a mouthpiece, and parents are required to buy football pants, cleats, practice jerseys and practice pants.
