Branford proves itself at track and field district championship

Christian Peterson reporter@riverbendnews.org On Saturday, April 18, Branford High School traveled to Oak Hall in Gainesville for the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 1A Track and Field District 5 Championship. The meet opened with the men’s 100-meter dash. Blake Pilkington placed second with a time of 11.14 seconds. Close behind him was Maurice Vought with a time of 11.44 seconds.
