Branford native wins third

Jeanie Hegenauer Contributor Branford native Steven Danaher has just become a three-time National World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO) Kickboxing Champion. WAKO is the only U.S. organization in the sport of kickboxing to have recognition from the International Olvmpic Committee (IOC) and the Affiliate Organizations Council (AOC). As WAKO continues to grow the sport in the United States, the organization will serve as the gateway to the Olympics.
