Branford Babe Ruth League sign-ups begin this weekend

By Starr Munro Riverbend News It's time to play ball! Registration for the 2021 Branford Babe Ruth League will begin online on Friday, Jan. 22, until Friday, Feb. 12. The cost per player is $75 and includes a full uniform as well as insurance. The season's kick-off will be held on Saturday, Feb. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The kick-off will consist of uniform fittings and in-person registration. Baseball and softball drafts will start immediately afterwards at 3 p.m. Throughout the day, the concession will be open with lunch and drinks available. Teams consist of: Coed T-Ball, ages four through six; baseball, ages seven through 12 and softball, ages seven through 12. The baseball ages
